You will need the following to build the kit:
- Cutting Board * MOST IMPORTANT!
- Sandpaper 150grit, 400grit, 600 grit ( or close proximities)
- Exacto Knife
- News Paper
- Masking Tape
- Glue of your choice (C-YA, Elmers, both, whatever your confortable working with)
- Ruler
- Pencil
- Sanding Block not really needed but helps
- Scissors
- 18mm spent engine casing

Directions:
Take I-90 East to exit 9 (Rt. 4), turn right onto Route 4, then left at first light onto Rt 151.
Go for about 1/2 mile, and take a right (Michael) at the YMCA sign, then another right into library parking lot.

If you go under the bridge (I-90) you have gone too far...

Field Trip to Countdown Hobbies

To avoid confusion, interested parties must contact Mark Hutchinson (see the club members page for contact info) if you intend to be part of the carpool going down. We currently have one large 7 passenger vehicle going down.

We'll be meeting at the East Greenbush Library - park in the furthest back row of parking spaces so that we don't block the parking lot. We're leaving at 10:00 am, and will arrive in Bethel, CT around noon, and get lunch (perhaps the local pizza joint). After lunch, going to Countdown Hobbies, and returning to East Greenbush around 4 or 5pm.

From I-787 South - 9W to 32 South (Delmar 4 lane Bypass). At the third light, turn left onto Elsmere. Continue to the end of Elsmere and take a right at the light onto Feura Bush. About a 1/4 mile, look for Hasegate on the left (arch and sign saying Hasewell Farms). Turn left onto Hasgate and take the first right onto Corrit. I am number 5, first house on the right, white with red trim.

Get yourself onto I-90
• Take exit #4 onto RT-85 SOUTH toward VOORHEESVILLE/SLINGERLANDS - go 2.0 miles
• Take the MARIA COLLEGE/KRUMKILL RD exit
• Go to the light at the end of the ramp, and turn left onto the overpass going over Rt 85.
• Cross over the highway and turn Rt at the light at the other end of the overpass. This is now Krumkill Rd - go 0.2 mi
• Krumkill winds its way past a cemetery then comes to a "T" stop at New Scotland with a Mobil station on your right.
• Turn Right on NEW SCOTLAND AVE - go 0.3 mi
• NEW SCOTLAND AVE becomes NEW SCOTLAND RD - go 0.5 mi
• Pass Stuarts Shop on Right, go over an overpass over the Northway.

Follow Cherry Ave. to the next traffic light (~1 mile) and make a right on Delaware Ave.
Go about 0.1 mile and Bethlehem Central High School is on your left, park in their parking lot.
 
From 787:
Take 787 South to the end, take a right onto Rt. 9W South.
Follow Rt. 9W about 2 miles and take the ramp for Rt. 32 West. / Delmar Bypass.
Follow Rt. 32 about 3.5 miles, take a right at the light for Elm Avenue.
Follow Elm Avenue to the next traffic light (~1 mile) and make a left on Delaware Ave.

PS - The alternate entrance to the field is on Elm Ave. about 1/4 mile south of the
Elm/Cherry/Delaware intersection (you'll pass it [on your left] if you come in from
the 787/32 directions).

BCHS & its field is in the big hole to the SW of the Elm/Delaware intersection;
the alternate entrance is approx. opposite Wexford Rd on Elm Ave.
